ଏଣିକି ତହସିଲ ଅଫିସରେ ହେବ ଜମି କିଣାବିକା। ନଭେମ୍ବର ୧ ତାରିଖରୁ ହୋଇପାରିବ କିଣାବିକା । ପ୍ରଥମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ୪୪ଟି ତହସିଲ ଅଫିସରେ ଜମି କିଣାବିକା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ। ପରେ ଡିସେମ୍ବରରେ ବାକି ୨୭୩ ତହସିଲରେ ଏହି ସେବା ଆରମ୍ଭ ହେବ। ନଭେମ୍ବର ୧ ରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ମୋହନ ଚରଣ ମାଝୀ ଏହାର ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିବେ । ଏଣିକି ଅନଲାଇନରେ ସ୍ଲଟ ବୁକ କରି ତହସିଲ ଅଫିସରେ ଜମି ପଞ୍ଜିକରଣ କରି ପାରିବେ।

From November 1, people will be able to buy and sell land directly at Tehsil offices across Odisha. In the first phase, the service will start in 44 Tehsil offices, followed by the remaining 273 Tehsils in December. The new system aims to simplify land transactions and bring the registration process closer to citizens.
Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will formally launch the service on November 1. Under the new setup, citizens can book their slots online and complete land registration at the respective Tehsil office, eliminating the need to travel to distant registration offices.
This initiative marks a major administrative reform by the state government to digitise and decentralise land registration services, ensuring greater accessibility, efficiency, and transparency for land buyers and sellers across Odisha.
