The GST Intelligence Division has arrested Mumbai-based chartered accountant Nilesh Yogesh Jigwala in a massive input-tax-credit fraud case valued at around ₹ 325 crore, officials said. The case involves a racket that allegedly used 105 large firms and small traders’ GST registrations to divert subsidies.
