Voting has begun in Nuapada district with tremendous enthusiasm. Despite the morning chill, people arrived at polling booths even before 7 AM to cast their votes. Long queues were seen across several booths, especially at Kureswar UP School in Komna block, where voters turned up in large numbers right from the start.
