Berhampur: In a major legal development, as many as 209 lawyers have filed a petition against former MLA Bikram Panda in connection with the Peetabas Panda murder case. The petition was submitted before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) Court in Berhampur.
